as noted by our friend MWM99999 its actually an old kuwaiti license plate dated around the early 90's ( Gulf war period ) how does it fit in the story or why is it located we dont know , guess kuwaiti is synonymous with being filthy rich ( thats how we roll bitches :P)




better late then never , its a bit late to find this out with Black Ops set to release a month from now but its something , but oh well treyarch will screw the new one anyways .
